What forms of payment do you accept?
Our prefered method of payment is Paypal, however we also accept Credit Card over the phone, Money orders, Direct Deposit and well concilled cash. How much is shipping for domestic or international orders?
Shipping is free within Australia. International shipping rates vary from place to place. You can calculate your shipping rates in the checkout process

When will I get my order?
Because we are a one man operation I can only get to the post office a few times a week. For orders within Australia you will receive your order 3 – 7 business days from the day that it is posted, varies for international orders depending on location. Please be patient.

What could slow down my order?
Your order could be slowed for a number or different reasons. Everything listed on the webstore we have had in stock and should be in stock, however if we sell a product from our store the same day we receive a webstore order we will have to wait until we receive the item again before we can send your order. Turn around time for us restocking an item is approximately one week. If you order multiple items and one of the items is out of stock, we will hold shipping the order until the item is back is stock. Everything will be shipped together.

If an out of stock item is ordered and we no longer have it in stock and it is no longer available, we will notify you and a full refund will be made.

In any case of a delayed order of one week or more, you will be contacted and notified.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
In the rare event there is a problem with your order, contact us within 10 days of receipt. Let us know your what the problem was and if we are at fault we will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Why did I not receive an item I ordered?
When this happens it usually means the item was either out of stock, not available yet, a special order item, or out of print. You will never be charged for an item you did not receive and we will contact you on the progress of your order.

How do I return defective merchandise?
If you receive defective merchandise contact us immediately and we will try our best to resolve the problem

What if I cannot find a certain item that I am looking for?
Not everything we stock in the store is listed on the webstore. Therefore contact us and see if we have it in stock. If we don’t we have a very great and fast ordering system and we will be able to hunt down the product you are after. Also feel free to contact us with any requests, comments, and recommendations on labels, products, and releases you recommend we should carry.

How can I get my release in your online store?

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my purchase?
We only accept returns within 10 days of receipt if the item arrives faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered. If a defect is apparent with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible describing the nature of the defect and any additional relevant information regarding the purchase, including your purchase date. Once the product has been assessed we will inform you of our decision and the action we will take. We do not do refunds if you have chosen incorrectly.

Can I return the product if I change my mind?
No. If you have any questions regarding a specific item we may or may not have, please feel free to contact us for any advice on products. We are more than willing to help with whatever questions you have regarding the products in our webstore.
